Step 4: Sign agreement contract and submit payment/deposit

If you have additional staff helping to host this event(s), or if you believe you might be absent from the event(s) and will have a substitute filling in for you, the additional hosts/substitutes must meet with pH Community House administrator, in person, to sign agreement contract. Persons who have not signed the agreement contract will not be permitted to have access codes to pH Community House grounds without the primary applicator present. Failure to abide by these policies may result in the inability of you or your staff/secondary hosts/substitutes from using our space in the future.
